Mystique Movement is a transformative dance experience where we reconnect with our bodies and remember the body as sacred.

Through embodiment, rhythm, flow, and self-expression, movement becomes a pathway for healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. We explore the wisdom of the hips, allowing dance to become a form of meditation, prayer, and deeper connection to self.

After the movement, we enter a sound bath for integration and deep rest a moment to receive after the work, allowing the body to soften, settle, and absorb the experience.
