In this guided experience, Kayla will lead you through a relaxing visualization designed to quiet the noise of everyday life and open a channel to your intuitive team. Think of it as a "supported mental journey" where she will act as your navigator, helping you reach a receptive state to receive clarity, comfort, or messages from your guides.
🌌The Experience Includes:
Deep Relaxation: A grounding start to shift your energy and focus.
The Meeting: A guided invitation to connect with a guide through symbols, feelings, or direct insight.
Interpretation: We’ll conclude with a brief discussion to help integrate and ground the messages you received.
Dress code: Dress comfortably and bring an eye mask if you'd like. Limited chairs available. Bring a yoga mat if preferred. Some mats will be available.
