For your maximum comfort create your own "nest to rest"

• Please bring a yoga mat &/or PLENTY of thick floor padding (cushioning/blanket)
• Small pillow for your head
• A cozy blanket
• Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
• Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable

• Open doors 20 minutes before session (late entry unavailable)
• Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome

Recommended: plan for a quiet and spaciouness time post session. Allow the cultivation of transformation to continue to circulate.

Strongly suggested: unplugging from technology, crowded spaces, noisy stimulating enviroments and screens for the remainder of the evening, instead access quieter more peaceful spaces. Commune and engage with natural elements: moonlight, water's edge, fire/candlelight, nature's landscapes, salt water bath. It is often helpful to journal afterwards or find a quiet place to marinate and nourish your nervous system allowing for integration.
