Mysore and The Gita

The Bhagavad Gita is the a cornerstone in Indian philosophy. This immaculate text offers deeper insights into our individual Nature and thorough understanding of the yogic path along with lessons in how to deal with life’s big questions and dilemmas. Tim has been studying Yoga asana and philosophy for more than 3 decades and is always excited to share the seeds of authentic Yoga with anyone who is curios and inspired about this deep knowledge too.

We will journey through this amazing text, grounding deep philosophical principles into our own experiences by including examples from our daily lives, fun stories and conversation. Everyone is welcome, novice and advanced yogis alike.

Mysore - Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 am to 10:30 am

The Bhagavad Gita workshop - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Full workshop: $500 Non-members $450 MLC-Members
6 days Mysore practice $300
4 days Gita workshop $240
