Join Danielle in the Earth Studio for a man making workshop. During this workshop, you will be making your own malas using Rodrick’s beads which are the traditional Indian beads used for Malas. While making your Mala, you will hear about the history, why these are used, and then you will be taught the proper way to use them during your meditation or yoga practice.
Attendees will leave with their very own Mala, as well as a document explaining how to use them, and a brief history of the Mala.
