This live and in-person workshop will teach you how to apply myofascial release principles to your self-care routine which will expand your ability to treat yourself and enable you to reach deeper into your body to relieve pain, tension and stiffness. No matter where your pain is in your body, you can use this technique.
The workshop comes with the tools you need to take your new skills home and apply them right away. A set of balls as shown below plus a 4inch ball and a half roll. Learn to be less dependent on others to help you eliminate your pain. A very economical way to get started with myofascial release!
