Join us for a Myofascial Release Workshop on Saturday, November 2nd from 2:00–3:30pm at Fit and Fierce 515 Studios.
Give your body the love it deserves—release tension, restore mobility, and reset before the busy season ahead.
Self Myofascial Release utilizes different tools to work out trigger points, or “knots” of connective tissue. Self Myofascial Release can help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and can be incredibly relaxing afterwards! For this workshop we will be using the Yoga Tune Up brand therapy balls to roll out the back line of the body, from our feet to our shoulder blades.
