With an exciting year of events coming up in 2026, MYL are very pleased to be kicking things off with the launch of the MYL Run Club. Whether you're in the "New Year, New Me" phase, the "training for an upcoming event" phase, or the "how did I consume that many potatoes over Christmas" phase, the MYL Run Club is open all, and our first run will take place on Thursday 15th January.We will meet at 7:30am outside of The Ivy, Spinningfields, and you will be lead by our MYL Health and Wellbeing Directors Grace Matthews and Emma Whitehead, for a gentle 5km around town, followed by complimentary drinks at Bold Street Coffee, kindly sponsored by MJN Legal.
This will continue every Thursday for the following 6 weeks, with our final run taking place on 26 February, with rumours of a Dishoom breakfast to complete the series, along with potential prizes to be won along the way.
