Valentine's Day Gourmet, Three-Course Dinner 🌹

Love is in the air, and what better way to celebrate Valentine's

Day then with a romantic dinner experience at the newly unveiled

historic venue, The Reserves at Hamilton Homes.

A three-course dinner—paired with a glass of wine—will be

prepared by award-winning chef.

Seating times available are 5:00pm, 7:00pm, or 9:00 pm and tickets are priced at

$175 per couple.

To make the evening even more memorable, the team at The

Reserves at Hamilton Homes have assembled a VIP experience with cocktails, live music, takeaways, and VIP seating in the pre & post-dinner Cupid Lounge.

First Course (per person)

-Caprese Salad with Aged Balsamic Glaze

-Pan Seared Crab Cake with Cajun Remoulade

-Cucumber-Wrapped Classic Mixed Greens Salad with Tomatoes and Carrots drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette

-Classic Shrimp Cocktail

Second Course ( per person)

-Honey Bourbon Salmon with Wild Rice Pilaf and Lemon Broccolini

-Marry Me Chicken with Linguini and Cajun Cream Sauce

-Loaded Sweet Potatoes with Wild Mushrooms & Tofu Cassoulet with Fennel and Red Wine Pickled Red Onion (v)

-Oscar Style Filet Mignon with Lump Crab Meat in Hollandaise Sauce alongside Potato -Croquettes and Asparagus

Third Course (per person)

-Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies served with Vanilla Ice Cream

-Red Velvet Tres Leches
