You are already whole.
This workshop is an invitation to remember, uncover and invite
your Sacred Self to join you in all that you do.
We'll explore:
Opening our eyes to new perspectives
Listening with presence and wonder
Feeling our breath and inner flow
Letting our voice share our joy
Honoring our truth and creative spark
Opening to love and trust
Connecting with beauty and art
Staying in the present moment
We'll delve into opening our physical senses and mental faculties to integrate our Sacred Self into how we create and experience our everyday lives.
Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to the sacred within
