My Park Volunteer Day at OglebaySaturday, April 18, 2026 | 9 AM – 12 PM
Join us for a morning of giving back as we care for the places we all enjoy. My Park Volunteer Day is a chance to connect, lend a hand, and help keep Oglebay looking its best for seasons to come.
Volunteers will assist with a variety of spring projects across the park, including:
Trail clearing and cleanup
Flower bed preparation
Greenhouse work, including propagation, watering, plant spacing, and general care
Butterfly Garden and Bistro Terrace planting and preparation
Zoo planting projects
After a rewarding morning, enjoy a complimentary lunch at Hess Shelter, along with an Oglebay Activity Wristband—courtesy of the Oglebay Foundation.
Please register in advance and select your preferred volunteer location.
This event is free and open to all. Rain or shine, we look forward to spending the morning together.
