Create a Joyful To Do List! You will start by capturing your joyful moments on a sticky note from the last 12 months of your camera roll. You will sort those moments and then determine the categories. As you choose how you want the next 12 months to feel, a to do list will emerge. The session will end with a fun way for you to keep track of your progress.
