This fall/winter, connect with your child through yoga! During this 6-week series we will spend time practicing yoga, learning mindfulness techniques, singing songs, and playing games. Each week will bring a new theme and fun activities. Caregivers are free and encouraged to participate with their child. $15/session or $75/entire 6 week series.
