We are back and ready to kick off 2025 with our 11th annual My Bloody Valentine 😈πŸ₯°
Write your Valentines and send some candy, it’s time to start recruiting for your squads! This year, we will be throwing it wayyyyy back, like back to 2014 during our first ever MBV.
Teams of 4 and any combination gender.
One thing we won’t be changing is the cannon ball format. As you all know, we will be looking for the best all around team that utilizes communication, skill, and fitness to come out on top.
All events will be balanced to ensure no specific combination has an advantage.
We love kicking off the competition season and excited to bring the team of 4 format back. We hope you all are ready, because we sure will be!!

-Team size: Team of 4 athletes (Any combination gender)
-Cost: $280 Per Team
-Only 10 slots per division
-Scaled Heat #1 will start around 8:00 am
-Rx Heat #1 starts around 11:15a
-Intermediate Heat #1 will start around 3:15 pm
-WODs and FULL standard videos/walk through will be released two weeks before the event.
