The FREE My Aged Care and Care Finder information sessions are for anyone aged 55+ years or their family members to gain valuable insights and support for living independently and ageing well.You can choose to attend one or both sessions, which both cover:
• How to register for My Aged Care, including the application and assessment process.
• How to book an appointment with an Aged Care Specialist Officer.
• About the Care Finder service.
• PLUS, have an individual discussion with the experts!
