Lace up, get moving and walk with us for men’s mental health.
The MWA Annual Big 20 Walk brings men, friends, families, community groups and supporters together for a 20km walk through Walsall’s canal network. You can walk the full distance or join at any point along the route — every step helps make a difference.
Why we’re walking
Men’s mental health matters.
Every penny raised from this event will go towards supporting men’s groups and men’s wellbeing activity across Walsall.
The walk is about more than raising money. It’s about getting people moving, creating opportunities for conversations, connecting men with their communities and helping break the silence around mental health.

You don't have to complete 20km to make a difference.
MINIMUM SPONSORSHIP: £100
To take part, we ask each participant to commit to a minimum £100 sponsorship target, which includes the £25 event registration fee.
Your sponsorship will help support men’s groups and wellbeing initiatives across Walsall.

Starting from The New Art Gallery Walsall, the route follows the Walsall Canal towards Longwood Junction before returning.
