So excited to be back at MVCC to share more Aquatic Sound Bath Floats! These have been amazing!

Sunday, December 7th
3pm to 4:30pm
(Please arrive promptly at 2:45pm to be helped onto your float)!
We have 3 floats remaining! Save yours while you can!

Experience a Sound Bath like no other!
Imagine yourself gently drifting through the water, as you float a top twin air mattresses.
Allowing your stress and worries be carried away as the sound waves penetrate through the water and your body.
Immersing all of your senses in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes and the drum.
Set sail on this aquatic voyage as you embark on a meditative journey, and reconnect with your inner peace while enveloped in a magical soundscape.

(Parking lot next to the center, enter through the door that says Mohawk Valley Hawks)

Time:
3pm to 4:30pm (Please arrive promptly at 2:45 to be helped onto your float)!
You will be floating with sound from 3pm to 4:15pm!
(After that the lifeguards will begin moving everyone back towards the loading area of the pool)
Just continue to take in the experience and relax until it is your turn to be helped out!

Details:
Please arrive promptly at 2:45pm to be helped onto your twin air mattress!
Dress comfortably, wearing loose fitting clothing, shorts and a t-shirt are best. Be sure to bring a comfortable small throw pillow, or an extra towel to use under your head or neck, a large towel and an extra change of clothes in the event you happen to get wet.
Please be aware you will be stepping into the water up to just below your knees to get onto your float!
Light weight fleece blankets and eye masks will be provided for you.
There will be 2 lifeguards on duty who will be helping you on and off of your float! The Intex dura beam air mattresses have a weight capacity of up to 300 pounds.
The temperature is warm in the pool room! Be sure to bring water with you!

This event is limited to 20 participants!
(We will need a minimum of 6 people to hold the event)
