Join us on Nov. 23rd for the first running of the Mustache Beer Mile as we raise funds for men's health. Both team relay and individual categories available. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Men's Health initiatives through the Movember.com organization.Team Relay: Teams of 4 will take on the 4x400m course. The 1st team member will begin by drinking a 12oz beer, then run a lap on the course. Once crossing the finish line, the next team member will drink a 12oz beer in the transition zone and then run a lap on the course. This will continue until the 4th team member has crossed the finish line. Scores will be team cumulative race time. Each participant is only responsible for consuming one 12oz beer and running one 400m lap.
Individual: Competitors line up at the mile starting line, drink their first 12oz beer in the transition zone, and then run a lap around the track. They repeat this process for the remaining three laps. Scores will be total elapsed time. Each participant will be responsible for consuming four 12oz beers and running four 400m laps.
All participants are encouraged to dress up as it is a known speed enhancement.
Entry includes race beers, one 16oz celebratory beer afterwards, and some WFBC gear.
