The Greater Muskegon Woman's Club is a non-profit organization that has existed for over 100 years.
The Greater Muskegon Woman’s Club, founded in 1890 by Julia Hackley and housed in a registered historic landmark built in 1903, offers a unique space for weddings, baby showers, special events, and community gatherings in Muskegon County. Located at West Webster Avenue and 2nd Street near the Muskegon Museum of Art and Hackley Public Library, this historic brick clubhouse with its red clay roof and tall white pillars has been a center for arts, education, philanthropy, and social connection for over a century.
The club continues to play a vital role in maintaining one of Muskegon County’s designated Michigan State Historic Sites while celebrating the area’s cultural history and longstanding community involvement.
