Muskegon Nontra Temple’s Clothing Optional Yoga

Welcome to Nontra Temple’s Clothing Optional Yoga to be held at Nontra Temple located in downtown Muskegon Michigan in my home studio. You must pre-purchase a ticket to attend - no drop-ins even if you have been here before. $11.11 per person.

Find liberation in practicing yoga without clothes - you will have the opportunity to learn and practice yoga poses taught by a trained yoga instructor, to shed some self judgement and to practice self compassion and move toward enjoyment and self acceptance. This class is great for both beginners and intermediate students. This is a co-ed class. Nontra Temple is very sex-positive and inclusive - all adult ages, races, sexes, orientations, sizes are welcome here. This class is clothing optional - you can be completely Nude, keep some clothing on, or wear things that make you feel sexy, your choice.

Teacher Bio and class description: Owner and creator of Nontra, Amy, will be teaching this class - bringing her 20+ years of experience with yoga and meditation. We will start with deep stretching, move into some activeslow flow poses pairing movement with breath and creating some heat, and end with more deep stretching and sound healing. No prior experience necessary. This is a small intimate class.

Although this will be hosted in a dedicated sex temple where sexual interaction does sometimes occur, NO sexual interaction or even touch between other attendees will occur before during or after class, and you cannot touch yourself sexually. This includes someone you know who comes with you. No touch or sexual expression of any kind allowed at this class.

This is held in a beautiful home studio with soft lighting, incense burning and self massage implements, oracle cards and essential oils to add to your practice.There are no big mirrors and no-one will be in front of you or behind you so not as intimidating as it may seem. Doing yoga in the nude can be very empowering and helps you drop more into your body and deeper into the yoga experience.

I will be offering this Clothing Optional yoga weekly. I will also be offering some other spiritual sex-positive classes and events, including a weekly Meditation + Masturbation Class, partnered erotic kinky yoga class, erotic art, movie nights, pleasure temple and more coming soon! I offer most of these one on one if the group seems too intimidating.
