In Library Downstairs Community Room. Celebrate black history month at the San Bruno Library with a special performance celebrating Black women composers and songwriters. Dee Spencer is a Professor of Jazz and Musical Theatre at SFSU and has been involved in the Bay Area music scene. Renée Lubin has been performing in the Bay Area for over 30 years including Beach Blanket Babylon.
