“Camp Broadway” – Musical Theatre Fans!
Students spend the week devising their own twenty-minute performance, incorporating scene work and choreography with existing musical theatre repertoire, culminating in a Friday afternoon performance. Students will gain an understanding of the core and basic concepts of script-writing and devising theatre, whilst simultaneously honing their acting, singing and dancing abilities.
Goal: Gain the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the core and basic concepts of Musical Theatre. Starting the foundations of Theatre, Music, and Movement & Dance leading up to performances demonstrating the combined abilities.
Monday August 10th to Friday August 14th
9:00am - 4:00pm Every Day
