The fabulous Broadway musical that is based on Verdi's opera of the same name. This beautiful story is coming to the Murphy Fine Arts Center brought by Musical Theatre at Morgan State--directed by Dr. Tyrone Stanley. Tim Rice and Elton John's AIDA brings the story of a love tirangle between an enslaved Nubian Princess (AIDA), an Egyptian soldier (Radames), and a princess (Amneris) whose land is fighting against Aida's homeland.
