MUSIC on the BRICKS will return to downtown North Platte on Dewey St. on Saturday evening, Aug. 22, featuring top musicians in the area in a family-friendly setting and the relaxed, congenial atmosphere of the downtown Canteen District.
The Jim Rice Band of Sidney will start the show at 6 p.m. Rice is renowned for vocals that bring country music to life. He is a fourth-generation cattle rancher, born in the heart of the Sandhills, who knows what real country music is.
North Platte’s L&T Band will take the stage at 8 p.m. playing alternative country & originals. L&T has been creating a stir this year in performances around the area,
Downtown restaurants and breweries will provide outstanding food, brews and refreshments.
Admission is $10 per adult. There is no charge for ages 12 and under. Proceeds support the vibrant music scene in North Platte. Please share this post.
