Join us at the White Bear Lake Armory for an evening of folk music from the 1960s era by Folk Revival MN!From Bob Dylan and John Denver to The Seekers and The Youngbloods, we’ll take a tour of music in and around the 1960s, diving deep into how and why our music developed and changed during this pivotal generation.
General Event Schedule:
6:00pm – 6:30pm: Doors open, explore the exhibits at WBLAHS, and enjoy some folk tunes released before the 1960s.
6:30pm – 7:30pm: Music of the Decades: the 1960s
7:30pm – 8pm: explore the exhibits at WBLAHS and close out our evening with music from after the 1960s. Q&A possible at this time!
Come and go as you please for this open house! This event will be free to attend – no registration is required!
