Music of Hungary

Seventeen Voyces under the direction of Kevin Reeves will present choral and violin music of Hungarian compatriots Béla Bartók and Zoltán Kodály at the final concert of their 2023/24 season on Friday May 10 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church (20 Fairmont Avenue) in the Hintonburg neighbourhood of Ottawa. The concert will feature Bulgarian-Canadian violinist Ralitsa Tcholakova and organist Matthew Larkin. Tickets are $30 for adults $20 for students and free for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at www.seventeenvoyces.ca/concerts/ or at the door by cash credit and debit.

Seventeen Voyces sous la direction de Kevin Reeves présentera la musique pour chœur et violon des compatriotes hongrois Béla Bartók et Zoltán Kodály lors du dernier concert de sa saison 2023/24 le vendredi 10 mai à 19 h 30 à l'église Saint-François d'Assise (20 avenue Fairmont) dans le quartier Hintonburg d'Ottawa. Le concert mettra en vedette la violoniste bulgaro-canadienne Ralitsa Tcholakova et l'organiste Matthew Larkin. Les billets sont vendus au prix de 30 dollars pour les adultes 20 dollars pour les étudiants et gratuits pour les enfants de 12 ans et moins.
