Music Mondays: Y'all Sing at Copper Rose

A group singing experience by the folks at Y'all Sing, held at Copper Rose wine bar. Grab a friend, eat, drink, be merry, and SING!
About this Event

We're excited to partner with the folks/space of Copper Rose to host a Y'all Sing event! We're aiming to bring an "Irish Pub" feel to Beacon Hill for the evening by featuring the music of late singer-song writer Glen Hansard, and belting out some Bono (U2).

A note on accessibility:

This event is general admission/first come, first served. That said, if you would like to attend and need seating accomodation due to disability, please email us at [email protected] before purchasing your ticket. We would like to try and support your needs if we can.

The Breakdown:

Arrive around 6pm (or earlier to grab a table--seating is first come first served) and grab a drink and/or some food. Please note there is a one drink/food purchase minimum for this event. That purchase is not included in this ticket price.

Oli & Vince will play a few tunes around 6:30pm to start us off. Then, we'll do a little warming up of our voices and harmonizing muscles by singing Falling Slowly by Swell Season (Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova). Finally, we'll end the evening with a mini Y'all Sing with U2's "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For."

How to Prepare:

If you've been to a Y'all Sing before, you know that the main way to prepare is to listen to the song before you come as much as possible. Same thing goes for this one. Please listen to the tune a bunch so we can focus on learning some beautiful harmonies. And please note: we will be doing it in a lower key (you're welcome).
