Music Medicine Sound Bath

This offering is intentionally simple.

This Music Medicine Sound Bath is a space where you can come as you are, lie down on thick mats with soft warm blankets, and allow your body and nervous system to soften through sound. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to achieve, nothing you need to bring - except yourself.

An hour for you to pause and be held in a calm, supportive environment.

The experience includes a brief guided meditation to help you settle, followed by an immersive sound journey with high quality crystal singing bowls and calm harmonic tones designed to support relaxation and balance and a deep reset.

This is a space to:
- slow down
- release tension
- reconnect with mind, body and soul
- and remember what it feels like to rest

No prior experience is needed.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the environment intimate.

As a certified Creatrix, Amber holds deeply sacred space for women's circles, honoring the divine feminine and creating containers for personal transformation. Her certification as a cacao ceremony facilitator allows her to blend ancient plant wisdom with sound healing, creating multi-dimensional experiences for the soul.

Amber's work is guided by her passion for the moon, her deep love of music as medicine, and her unwavering commitment to helping others reclaim their innate freedom. She believes that true liberation comes through cultivating intimate connection - to the natural world, to our bodies' wisdom, to the clarity of mind, and to the boundless spirit within.
