Music, Mantra & Meditation is a free weekly evening in Toronto where live music, guided meditation, and good food come together — no experience, no beliefs, no agenda required.
What happens during the hour:
Live mantra music plays — you can sing along, or just let it wash over you. A guided meditation follows, using rhythmic sound to quiet mental noise. It's one of the easiest entry points into meditation, especially if silence alone doesn't work for you. The session closes gently, and you're welcome to stay for a complimentary vegetarian meal and easy conversation.

Who comes:
Burnt-out professionals. Curious first-timers. People who've tried every app and want something that actually feels different. Plenty of people come solo — it's that kind of room.
What to expect:
Wear something comfortable. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. You'll be guided the whole way. Most people leave feeling noticeably calmer, clearer, and more connected — without having to try.
