Music Industry Mondays (MIM) is a free weekly event series held every Monday, bringing artists, creatives, and industry professionals together with guest speakers from across the music industry. Each session explores a different area of the business - from artists and managers to labels, festivals, publishing, marketing, and beyond. Expect honest insight, practical advice, and real-world experience, followed by an open mic and open Q&A.

Natalie Von Rotz is a senior member of The Great Escape Festival team, with extensive experience in international music partnerships, artist development, and showcase festivals. She began her career at Swiss Music Export in 2013, supporting Swiss artists with international expansion and coordinating showcases at major global music festivals, including her first experience of The Great Escape.

After moving to London, Natalie joined The Great Escape in 2015 as a Bookings Assistant and was quickly promoted to Event Executive. Today, she manages all UK and international trade partnerships for the festival, working closely with organisations such as PRS for Music, Sounds Australia, AIM and CIMA. Each year, she oversees more than 70 partnerships, helping artists from around the world access one of the most important showcase platforms in the global music industry.

Natalie has played a key role in bringing international breakthrough artists to the festival, including Amyl and The Sniffers and Zeal & Ardor, supporting their early UK exposure before major global success. She is passionate about emerging artists, international collaboration, and ensuring new voices are heard across the music industry.
