This week at Minnehaha Park we are hosting Nolen Sellwood, a folk artist. "I’m Nolen Sellwood, a young artist with an old soul, and I’m proud to call the Duluth music scene my home. As a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with several talented UMD musicians, which has deeply influenced my sound and helped me grow as an artist." Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
