Music in the Park with Bob Ford
Come enjoy a relaxing afternoon of live music in the park. This is a FREE, open-air series featuring different talented musicians from the area. Music in the Park is designed especially for adults 55 and older, offering a wonderful opportunity to unwind, meet new friends and enjoy a variety of musical styles in a laid-back atmosphere.
Bob Ford, aka “The Man from Little Darby Creek” from Cedarville, Ohio, is quite an entertainer, singer, performer of folk music, as well as other types and eras of music. He especially enjoys Irish Folk music and relates stories to the songs which he is singing. Bob enjoys singing songs and telling stories of our rich heritage of America during his musical performances! Bob shares that he “celebrates his world where friends are treated like family, and family means home”. Bob has even been the opening act for Gregory Hines in Springfield, Ohio, where Gregory Hines was performing.
Picnic tables are available. If you would like a touch more comfort, please bring a lawn chair or blanket and let the music set the tone for a fun and memorable experience.
