Refill your cup by combining the joy of music with the bond of motherhood. Each de-stressing session will help you build a more positive mindset and bolster your confidence. The music therapy and wellness exercises will range from singing and songwriting to music listening, meditation, visualization/relaxation, stretching to music, and experimenting with some delightful instruments!
No music skills required! Simply bring your appreciation of music and a willingness to jump in!
Moms (ages 18 and older) will enjoy:
· Music experiences that bring rest and fun
· The kind of healing that only comes through a connection with like-minded friends
· Tools and skills that will help at home
· Insights regarding topics like being “good enough” and addressing “mom guilt”
