Music has the power to build bridges and transform lives! Deacon Shearer is a student at Messiah University who has been involved in music his entire life. He has shared his gifts in church camp and choirs, singing or playing instruments at home, school concerts, summer camp counseling, as a music education major at Messiah University, and performing at area churches.
You are invited to Zion UMC of Iona (1920 S. 5th Ave., Lebanon, PA 17046) to enjoy a performance including vocal, trumpet, and organ music on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:00pm. A free-will offering will be taken to support two wonderful causes.
Funds will go directly to Zion UMC of Iona's scholarship fund to help children go to church camp and to offset costs of Deacon's international travel with Messiah University's choir on their "Building Bridges and Transforming Lives through the Power of Music" tour visiting Finland, Estonia, and Latvia as they share both music and service.
