Whether you’re a musician, actor, or another type of performer or public speaker, we are all occasionally susceptible to stage fright. Dr. Lisa Withers from Emory & Henry University will discuss methods for managing performance anxiety that not only relieve stress and pressure, but enable better more efficient performances.
