Most creative ideas never move beyond the initial stage. This workshop explores how to turn an idea into a viable project or business—and how AI can help you do it faster.
Drawing on our experience building STRUKTUR, a Berlin-based creative and automation agency, we will cover idea development, target audiences, market research and positioning. We will also share practical examples from releases, artist campaigns, events and agency projects, including what did not work and what we learned from it.
You will then apply these methods to your own idea and leave with a clear positioning, a defined target group and a practical starting point to build on.
No AI experience is required, though some familiarity is helpful. Each step will be demonstrated clearly.
