Arturo Galvan has won the position of Principal Tuba with the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, where he began his duties performing with the orchestra in August of 2023. Arturo is an active performer and educator based in Texas. He currently serves as Instructor of Tuba/Euphonium at the University of Texas-Permian Basin and Howard College. Additionally, he holds the position of Principal Tuba with the West Texas Symphony.

Arturo Galván ganó el puesto de Tuba Principal con la Orquesta Sinfónica de Lubbock, donde comenzó sus funciones actuando con la orquesta en agosto de 2023. Arturo es un intérprete activo y educador en Texas. Actualmente se desempeña como instructor de tuba/bombardino en la Universidad de Texas-Permian Basin y Howard College. Además, ocupa el puesto de Tuba Principal en la Sinfónica del Oeste de Texas.
