Music & Movement On The Farm

Wednesday August 26th 1pm-3pm

On the Cook Foundation Farm we'll be engaging in various animal-based activities including feeding the animals (goats, pig, geese) with interactions provided by the Cook Foundation, adapted music activities by Help-U-Bridge's Music Therapist, and guided sensory exploration and farm experience modifications with Help-U-Bridge Recreational Therapist. Opportunities to relax, explore and socialize as desired throughout.

Music Activities are 1pm-2pm & Farm Experience is 2pm-3pm.

This location is a small farmette with some farm animals as well as a small indoor studio. Our activities are both outdoor and indoor.

This is a small group opportunity with 6 spaces. Feel free to bring a bagged lunch to eat and relax as well (there is no microwave).

Each participant and support person must complete The Cook Foundation Waiver in order to be on the property.

ACCESSIBILITY:
There is uneven terrain (grass, gravel, stone walkway) and one step up into the indoor studio area. There is a hill to walk down to the farm animals. (See photos below regarding terrain)
