Music & Meditation Sound Bath Experience

Welcome to the Music & Meditation Sound Bath event! Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation at the Albright Center For The Arts. Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and let go of the typical 'miserable Monday' mood. Feel the vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, a gong, and chimes wash over you, promoting a sense of calm and inner peace. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge, but also a great way to enhance your personal meditation practice. This is also great for those starting out a meditation practice. Don't miss out on this chance to treat yourself to a blissful evening of music and meditation. See you there!

Our facilitator will be creating music with his 13-note set of frosted quartz singing bowls utilizing notes C4 all the way up to C5. For those musically inclined, or music lovers in general, this a fantastic opportunities to utilize the power of music for the sake of promoting healing in the body, stillness, rest, and homeostasis.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything else you may need to create your most comfortable experience. You will be laying down for over an hour.

James Lamar is a certified sound bath facilitator and recording artist in Danville, PA. He was certified by Ana Netanel of Shakti Sound Bath in Los Angeles, CA during the summer of 2019. Since his training, James has shared these sacred frequencies in multiple spaces around Los Angeles, Northeastern PA, Philadelphia & Pittsburgh.
