Join Julie for a Music in Motion Yoga Class. Music in Motion is held on Friday nights from 7:30-8:30pm and the teachers rotate every week. Music in Motion is a Hot Vinyasa Flow class to a playlist by different music artists and bands. Since these classes are music featured, we do not recommend these classes to beginners. The music will be louder and we will not have as much alignment instruction, like we do in all of our other all levels classes.
