Mushrooms Mediterranean Style

This is a whole food plant based class which may include optional dairy. Class is demonstration style where participants will observe and taste the evening’s dishes. As always you’ll walk away with tips, tricks and tidbits bringing extra value to the experience.

Additional information:

• Cooking Essentials classes focus on whole food plant based cooking and can be either vegan or vegetarian or both.
• Recipes are developed using products found at Leg Up Farmers Market. While some classes may be designated as allergen friendly, most classes use common ingredients. If you have a food allergy, please email [email protected] to check before attending the class. Adjustments can not be made during the class.
• Unless designated as a children’s class, most classes are designed for adults and children age 14 and up. Every child must be accompanied by an adult. If your mature child is younger than 14 and loves to cook, we leave it up to the parent’s discretion and supervision.
• Classes begin promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early.
• Cooking Classes are demonstrations and offer a tasting of each dish prepared. Cooking Intensives offer an intimate hands-on dining experience.
• Cancellation is required 1 week before the scheduled event. Otherwise payment cannot be refunded.
