Are you interested in growing mushrooms? Come learn and CREATE with a mushroom grower - Tim Owen of Growen Food. Tim has been cultivating mushrooms as part of his small-scale produce farm since 2017. His passion for mushroom growing is contagious!

A certified forager, Tim is also happy to take Q & A about other forms of mushroom cultivation as well as the wild mushrooms growing in our local region.

This hands-on class takes place rain or shine outdoors under the Pavilion at Creekside Gardens. The event fee includes all materials to create an innoculated log of shiitake mushrooms -including spawn, log, wax and tools. One ticket is required per person.

$45 per ticket - two sessions (purchase ticket for session time you prefer)
