Mush Love in collaboration with Aligned Living & Leadership invites you to join us for a Mala Making Experience on Saturday, June 27th from 11:00am – 2:00pm.

A mala is a strand of beads traditionally used for meditation, prayer, intention setting, and mindfulness practices. Most malas are made with 108 beads, with each bead representing a repetition of a mantra, breath, affirmation, or intention. Between each bead, knots are tied by hand, creating space, durability, and intention throughout the piece. The process itself can become deeply meditative and grounding.

Many people use malas as daily reminders of an intention they are cultivating, a spiritual practice they are deepening, or a meaningful season of growth and transformation in their lives. Others simply connect with the experience of slowing down and creating something intentional with their hands.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, connect intentionally, and create a wearable piece of spiritual art infused with your own meaning and energy.

We’ll begin the experience by settling in together, Mush Love samples will be offered for anyone who would like to incorporate an extra layer of openness, presence, and neuroplasticity into the process. As you move through the creation of your mala with intention, that state can help deepen and reinforce the pathways and meaning you are weaving into the piece itself.

Throughout the event, Leslie will guide participants step-by-step through the mala making process with space for mindfulness, creativity, reflection, and connection along the way.

Your $99 experience includes a complete mala making kit with all needed supplies, instructions to continue creating future malas on your own, and three full hours of guidance and instruction throughout the event.
