All aboard! Join us for the fourth annual MUSC Hollings Cup Regatta on Saturday, Sept. 6. Boaters of all skill levels are invited to an exciting day on the Charleston Harbor to support innovative and lifesaving cancer research at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. Our event partner, Charleston Ocean Racing Association (CORA), will act as the organizing authority.
Not a sailor? No problem! During the race, everyone is welcome aboard our spectator boat, the Charleston Princess, to watch all the fun and enjoy a beautiful day on the water while enjoying tasty bites and refreshing beverages. It’s a wonderful option for family members and friends of the participants, as well as regatta fans of all ages! Boarding begins at the Charleston Maritime Center (10 Wharfside Street) at 12:15 p.m. and departure will be at 12:45 p.m. After cruising the Charleston Harbor, the boat will return at 2:45 p.m.
The fantastic Regatta Afterparty is also open to the public! Grab your friends and join us for live music, food, drinks and great company from 6 to 9 p.m. at the James Island Yacht Club. Each Afterparty ticket includes admission, food, beverages, live music from Anthony Del Porto and great company. Feel free to bring the whole family as the after-party is kid-friendly and free for children!
Join us for this full day of fun while supporting Hollings Cancer Center researchers as they work toward new lifesaving cancer treatments.
