Murray’s Cheese Boot Camp

Murray’s Boot Camp is an intensive and interactive two-day learning experience for cheese enthusiasts and professionals seeking a strong foundation in the world of cheese. An exclusive chance to learn with experts from across Murray's, meet like-minded cheese lovers, discover new cheeses, and dive deep into key topics. From milk composition to service and plating, cheese taxonomy to wine pairing, affinage to sensory evaluation.

Duration: Two days

Format: 6 learning sessions and guided tastings with Murray’s experts in our classroom

Includes: 30+ cheeses, curated pairings, and signature accompaniments, breakfast both days, Murray’s Boot Camp Binder, and tasting log!

Beverages: coffee, orange juice, mimosas, red and white wine

Additional Information:

Boot Camp takes place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

By registering to attend and attending Murray’s Cheese In-Person Class, Tasting, or Catered Event ( each, an “Event”), I, and on behalf of any other attendee that I have registered for the Event (collectively, “We” or “Our”) hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of our attendance at or participation in the Event. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
