Major Jackson will read and discuss his award winning poetry as part of the Hendrix-Murphy Foundation's Distinguished Visitor series. His poems and essays have appeared in AGNI, American Poetry Review, Callaloo, The New Yorker, Ploughshares, Poetry, Tin House, and in Best American Poetry.
