What’s the Murph?
A hero workout named in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient.
Here's the challenge:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
Modifications available for all fitness levels, so everyone can participate!
When: Monday, May 25, 2026!
Time: 9:00 am- 10:30 am Ron Rosner Family YMCA
Workout and T-shirt option: $15 for members, $20 for non-members.
