Join us for our annual Murph Workout, a challenging hero workout done in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have served and sacrificed.Check in starts at 730am and we begin at 8am.
The workout is:
1-mile run/walk
100 pull-ups/ring rows
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run/walk
All fitness levels are welcome. You can complete Murph solo, with a partner, or as a scaled version.
We will have modifications for anyone who needs them.
This is not about being the fastest or toughest person in the room. It’s about showing up, working hard, supporting each other, and honoring the meaning behind the workout.
