Join us Memorial Day Weekend for our Annual MURPH Challenge Event on Saturday May 25th. You, your neighbors, and friends are invited! This event is open to both members and non members of CKF.
We will be kicking off waves every 15 minutes starting at 7am out to around 11:00am for the final waves. We will be hosting the RX division division along with a scaled “mini Murph” with additional workout modifications available. EVERYONE is welcome, our Coaches will be helping assist, modify, and motivate you along the way!
