Originally created to honor Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, Murph has become a tradition completed by people across the country every Memorial Day weekend. The workout includes a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. Every rep is a reminder to push through discomfort with purpose.
Whether you complete the full workout, scale it, walk, jog, or cheer others on, this event is about community, support, and showing up together. Join us at Denali Fitness for Murph and be part of something bigger than a workout.
